What Changed

Fixed a Python startup collision where the local agentos/platform package shadowed the stdlib platform module during faiss import.
Restructured the project board and goal rows to improve scan order, priority cues, progress visibility, and card hierarchy.
Validated the real local service at 127.0.0.1:8010 and exported the required operator-facing artifacts into this site.
